Sean Gourlay – CEO
Sean graduated in 1992 from the IBEW Local 26 JATC Program. He is responsible for oversight of the Power Services organization and works closely with all departments. He participates in the hiring and periodic evaluation of all personnel.
Sean works closely with the Vice President of Preconstruction to ensure timely and accurate completion of budgets and bids. He also works closely with the President and CFO to develop and review all monthly reports for use by the bank and bonding companies. With the President, Sean strategically evaluates growth opportunities, develops and implements a plan to achieve that growth.
Sean participates in the evaluation of life cycle costs of software systems, computer systems, vehicles, and tools – and uses this information to help establish, create, and manage the company’s budget. Sean is an active member of the Washington Building Congress, 7×24 Exchange, AFCOM, Association of General Contractors and NECA, where he serves on the Labor Negotiation Committee.
