TJ Kranich – Service Division Manager
T.J. graduated from the IBEW Local 26 JATC Program in 2009. He has 16+ years of experience in the commercial electrical service and construction field. During his time in the field, he developed the necessary skills and knowledge to install, maintain and troubleshoot power distribution and generation equipment. He is knowledgeable in all aspects electrical work, critical power systems design and maintenance, specialized testing and building infrastructure. T.J. also brings 12+ years of business management and operational experience from before entering the electrical field.
T.J. holds his Virginia Master Electrician License, D.C Journeyman Electrician License, ARC Flash Certification, Confined Space Certification, Level II Thermography Certification and OSHA 30-hour Certification.
T.J. manages a team of dedicated Field Service Technicians for service calls and small projects related to electrical, fire alarm and generator service. His responsibilities include business development, budgeting and estimating, supporting Field Service Technicians, and overseeing the operations of the Service Division. He works closely with owner entities, property managers, building engineers, and end users to ensure that their facilities are well maintained and fully functional.
Matt Sample – Service Account Manager
Matt graduated from the IBEW Local 26 JATC Program in 2013. He has 14+ years of experience in the commercial electrical service and construction field. Matt has extensive knowledge in all aspects of electrical, tele/data, fire alarm and control systems.
Matt holds his D.C Journeyman Electrician License, NICET certified Level III, Level II Inspection and Testing of Fire Alarm Systems, Level I Inspection and Testing of Water-Based Systems and OSHA 30-hour Certification.
Matt manages a team of dedicated Field Service Technicians for service calls and small projects related to electrical, fire alarm and tele-data projects. He works closely with owner entities, property managers, building engineers, and end users to ensure that their facilities are well maintained and fully functional as well as meeting all their service-related needs.
Jessica Vazquez – Service Division Coordinator
Jessica has 14+ years of customer service experience. During that time, she has coordinated and maintained favorable and productive relationships with customers. She has also assisted in marketing and promotional activities.
Before coming to Power Services, Jessica was a Commercial Insurance Agent where she assessed businesses and provided advice on coverage and policies.
Jessica has her MD, DC & VA Property & Casualty License and is also a Notary Public.
Jessica coordinates, tracks, and manages the Field Technician schedule for the Service Division. She works closely with building engineering teams and property managers to effectively address their electrical, fire alarm and generator service needs, whether proactively or reactively. She is also responsible for the procurement of material and equipment for the Service Division by maintaining supplier and vendor relationships. Jessica also issues the electrical permits and coordinates scheduled power outages for Power Services. She also assists the Service Division Manager and Service Account Managers in the overall management of service work orders and small projects.
